They protected my home as if it was their own to make sure that other damage did not occur. They explained everything in detail and took photos of every step. He advised me and provided info. step by step from the very beginning with everything I need to take care of through the inspection, insurance claiming and repair process. He is the reason to turn this daunting process into a smooth sailing. He really puts my mind to ease. He's patient, responsive to all my request and phone calls. No matter how small the question is, he takes time to explain. He's knowledgeable, reliable and professional, so as his referrals. I highly recommend his services.

The Total Care Restoration team made working with them easy. From Betty and the phone assistants who were courteous and communicated messages quickly, to Zack, who was very professional, patient, helpful and always quick to return calls, to the techs who did the job, I would recommend this Company. Luis and Assistant went beyond scope of work to also remove some heavy pieces of fallen plaster, without being asked to, or mentioning it, leaving everything very clean in what hopefully appears to be a neat job.
